round zero is an AI-powered interview practice platform that helps users prepare for job interviews through simulated question-and-answer sessions with personalised feedback. The Service includes voice recording, transcription, AI-generated feedback, and progress tracking features.
3. User Accounts
You may use the Service as a guest or create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the AI systems, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or submitting content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, AI models, and content, is owned by round zero. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as voice recordings and text answers). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
Feedback and suggestions provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are for practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, round zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
